Hello, my name is Gary Draycott
and I am an Independent Recruiter. I began recruiting for the security industry in 1998. In 2004 I began trading independently under the name of Fairford Associates
with the objective of providing a knowledgeable, friendly, ethical and reasonably priced recruitment service for the Security Industry.
Fast forward to today and I now specialise not only in recruiting for the manned guarding sector, but also the wider soft services industry (such as the cleaning and ground maintenance sectors) as many of my clients have become multi service suppliers. I successfully fill vacancies at all levels including Director, Management, Supervisors, Sales and back office roles
such as Trainers
and HR staff, placing candidates with a broad spectrum of clients across the UK. I have undertaken guarding recruitment projects for corporate sites in the City of London/West End so I have an extensive database of relevant personnel for these sites such as Site Managers, Duty Managers, Supervisors, Controllers, Loading Bay staff
and Front/Back of House Corporate Security Officers.
As well as having a real understanding of the sectors I recruit for, I have developed an excellent network of contacts, this together with my extensive databases of candidates and my effectual candidate sourcing means that I am confident of my ability to fill your vacancy with the right candidate in your required timescale.
Despite the highs and lows I genuinely enjoy recruiting and I believe I have built up an excellent professional reputation with many long standing clients and maintaining this reputation is of great importance to me.
