Whether it is by telephone or email that you make initial contact with Fairford Associates, I will contact you at a convenient time by phone, to discuss your career aspirations with you in full and the type of vacancies that will be of interest to you.
If you responded to a specific vacancy or when I contact you about a new vacancy, I will provide you with as much information on the role and the company as we possibly can, allowing you to make an informed choice as to whether you would like to be considered for the role or not. If you wish to be considered for the role, your CV will be forwarded to the client. I will report back to you with their feedback, hopefully at this stage you will be selected for interview. When this is arranged, you will be provided with as much information as possible, to ensure you are adequately prepared and able to get the most out of the interview. After the interview, I will contact you for a full debriefing and provide you with feedback from the client.
If none of my advertised vacancies appeal to you, I can launch a proactive vacancy search for you. Using my extensive industry contacts, I can seek out opportunities that may not be widely advertised. You can be assured that whilst undertaking this type of search, your confidentiality will be retained until interview stage.
